My friend Elizabeth just slept over at my house and I feel exhausted. I told my mom to buy "good snacks," which she translated to something with a high sugar and fat content. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing wrong sugary, salty snacks, but too much sugar can be deadly. On Friday night, I drank four Izze sodas, samples of some Sprinkles cupcakes, probably about five ounces of Halloween candy, and about a cup of cheese and kettle popcorn. I actually did get about five and a half hours of sleep. I have now pledged myself to a diet of foods with low amounts of fat and sugar and raw vegetables. I gave all my candy to my dad, so he could take it to his work. This included full size bag of berry Skitles and a full size Snickers bar. :(
I then had to get up and complete a history project, a complicated worksheet about density for science, and two worksheets on the triangle inequality theorems. Not to mention, I practiced my sax and cleaned my room. I did manage to paint my nails. I am glad that I have now mastered the art of a perfect manicure, or at least perfect in my eyes. I just painted them a nice blue color, then layered on some silver sparkles. Well that's all for now.
